Not adhering to trading hours - Greenstone Mall
<p>Last night I arrived at Debonairs - Greenstone Mall at 7.48 pm, I was turned away from being served by the cashier being told that the kitchen was closed. The trading hours end at 8pm.</p> <p> </p> <p>Debonairs is fast food outlet, and all branches must adhere to their trading hours!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot for the life of me understand why this would be the case, the owner of the store needs to review his/her staff ,as the long term impact is that staff, with such attitude tarnishes your franchise name.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very dissapointed and disheartened that 1 of my favouritre fast food outlets are being tarnished by pure incompetency.</p>
