NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL

<p>Debonairs pizza in Auckland park always brings me cold pizzas and I never get them for free, whenever i tell them that the advert says if the sticker is black then its free, they tell me the "fine print" stipulates something else. If they're not going to stick to they're word they must just remove the stickers totally. Yesterday i ordered a pizza then i was tols it will take a bit longer to be delivered because the driver is waiting for the card machine. The pizza came more than an hour later and it was cold, stale and burnt! Aaaand the driver came with no card machine. So i dont understand how we could've waited so long and there was still no card machcine. The pizza tasted horrible, even when heated up, it wasn't up to standard, it was just stale and burn. Im very disappointed and very unhappy with the service and quality of food from that particular branch. They're pizzas are never up to standard.</p>
