Not Acceptable

Placed an order with the Goodwood branch at 12:47 - Order accepted on the app. Followed up at 13:20 to see if my order is on the way. Lady (very friendly and helpful) said the driver left my order already. Ok, I'll wait.... at 14:00 I phoned again - No the driver has my order and is coming to me. 14:30 - STILL NO ORDER. Phoned the shop again where the same lady profusely apologized as the driver isn't answering his phone. This is not acceptable!
