Not a Happy Customer

On the 15 September 2020 i went to Debonairs Pizza in Mdantsane City Mall and the pizza i got from there was not in good standard. N i inboxed Debonairs Pizza on Twitter the same day complaining. I gave them my details they responded the following day with a response saying they have recieved my complaint and an sms with a reference saying they will call me. I have since been waiting for a call from them no one has called me and wanting to talk with me about the complaint. It sadness me to get such poor service, it's been over 3 weeks now
