Not a happy chappy...

Last year i purchased a pizza from one of your branches, it was years since i ate a meal from Debonairs, i was anticipating the nostalgic feeling of when we used to enjoy the delicious pizza when i was a child. Unfortunately that was not my experience, the pizza was burnt an nothing i was used to having from this well established brand. I reported the matter to the branch ..fast forward 3 months i received a replacement pizza. Anticipating the meal ,i head home to enjoy it and guess what? this pizza was cooked a little better but had no taste it was a chicken and mushroom pizza. My first though was do i have Covid- 19,i had to ask my neighbor to taste the pizza ,to make sure. He had the same response ,it was tasteless. I do not want a refund or a replacement...im just highly disappointed that a pioneer in the fast- food industry standards have dropped so dramatically, if you charging R104 for a large pizza im sure you can attempt to make the pizza with better ingredients, and that base for the pizza . you cant tell me people enjoy that,when its cold it can be used as a recreational activity.
