Norwood Debonairs Staff Don't Serve With Style

Debonairs Norwood is one of those take away establishments that makes it so easy to shop somewhere else. On a number of occasions I have had to hold my tongue as the staff are impertinent and have attitude that shows a lack of customer service knowledge. Previous experiences have been staff sighing and showing irritability when having to serve a patron close to closing time. Today it was a cashier who offended my culture deeply by holding up my money to see if it was real. It's the typical case of judging a book by its cover. Now I accept that we all carry judgement but when I ask nicely that my money not be held up and checked in front of everyone I was met with disdain and and attitude of "how dare you". I said to the cashier that I am sure he can check the money without holding it up to the light and make use of an ultra violet money checker. He remarked he doesn't have one and that he has to check EVERY note coming into the shop. Which was not true. I asked him then to please get one. The experience was yet again an unfortunate one.
