Noon existent service

I placed an order for pizza this evening at 7.36pm and got confirmation that order is received. I used the app to order and pay for this. Also wrote proper and very clear notes to call when they get to gate add this was for my family. More than 2 hours later no pizza arrived and the store closed. No one called me as the person who placed the order and no one called them. My nieces are sleeping hungry as I promised them pizza but Southgate failed to deliver. I detest debonairs. My pizza was delivered 2 hours late and their didn't even get to them. Clearly debonairs has too many clients and don't care about customer service anymore and I refuse to pay for utter *******. I want my money back then I will go to shops that know what a customer is
