Nonsense service and Damn Rude!!! Delivery service

Ordered a chicken cram pizza got the wrong order delivered when I contacted customer care service they had the restaurant call me back. The guy I spoke to was rude and told me it's not his problem if the wrong order was delivered and during this he hung the call up. I then got in my car drove off to Maponya Mall Debonairs and personally sorted this **** out. Once I got there I asked for the person I spoke to and he had left already and the woman who assisted me knew already who I am and what I ordered without even telling her. So my question is why didn't they sort it out if they knew the delivered order was wrong.
