Nonsense delivery service.

Placed an order at Debonairs Pizza, Philipnel Park an hour and a half ago and I am still waiting for them to deliver. This is the second time that this is happening and no one cared to let me know what was happening. I have called the store where I was then told that I would be called back after they spoke to the driver, only to get called 10min later and be told that the driver had left and that I should be patient. Why have a delivery service if you are unable to deliver on time? I have had enough of the ******* service.
