Nonsense delivery

I have always known that their service is nonsense but today they really really hit the spot. I ordered pizza online for delivery after 40 mins I called and they said "sorry someone was supposed to tell you that it will be an hour and 30 mins late". Sooooo after 2 hours I decided to call and the ****** rude consultant named Silindile who then decided to hang up on me after I told her that I have been waiting for 2 hours. I called again and she answered when I asked her why she hung up, she said she tried to transfer me and it's not her fault that the store didn't answer. At this point I am really irritated and she hung up again. When eventually the order came after 2 hours and 30 mins I told them to turn back I don't want their food
