Nonesense Service from Debonairs Jabulani Mall

I'm so ****ed off right now. I placed an order for an online delivery on 22/03, an email comes in stating that my order has been approved and my meal is being prepared. An hour later a driver calls me asking for my address (which is already on the order) i gave it to him and he says he'll be here shortly. Another 30minutes later I'm called again by a man that says he's the manager telling me that they cannot deliver to the area i stay in. What nonsense is that?? Couldn't i be told that earlier on? To add to this nonsense, this so called manager is rude when i ask why wasn't i informed that you don't do deliveries. I'll be taking this to the head office.
