Non refund from Debonairs Chris Hani Mall

On the 18th of January I ordered pizza online. It was around 17pm and my pizza was only delivered after 19pm. Not only was my food delivered late I discovered that my order was deducted twice but only delivered for 1 order. I then sent them an email requesting my refund and explained what happened. They then responded by saying they have referred my query to the store I ordered from which is in this case Chris Hani Mall in Vosloorus. A lady by the name of Palisa from Chris Hani called me and asked what happened of which I explained She then requested that I send her my bank statement of which I did on the 3rd or 4th of March. To date I haven't received my refund nor a word from Palisa . My initial order was R174 which was deducted then further R169 00. This particular franchise has a reputation of non satisfactory service delivery.
