Non delivery of oreders

I ordered pizza online at 17:32 and have been waiting since I called an hour later and after another 30 min I can not get hold of the store or call center. I think that is very inconvenient as I was relying on the food for my kids. The least they could have done was sent a notification that my order is canceled or something. This behavior has inconvinianced me and my family a lot
