Non delivery

I bought 2 pizzas online and paid online at 18:05 by 20:00 they had not delivered so I called the store and got no answer. I called their customer care and they gave me a different number which I called and never answered. I called the customer care again and I was told to be patient because they can't get hold of the store either. At 20:30 I called customer care again and was told to send an email to complain because there's nothing they can do. They never delivered a n order that was paid for
