Non creamy and burnt pizza

I ordered pizza from dobsenville debonairs via Mr D food. The pizza is so so dry it's not creamy like the name says creamy chicken triple decker. There is no chicken in it, it's just veges and a little saurce. The crust itself it's burnt. The whole crust is dry and burnt like. It is not fair and good to sell a customer just bad pizza. Surely they saw that it is burnt and they sent it out anyway. I am not happy at all.
