Nobody wants to take Acountability

I place an order with call center (Pearl) and my order was placed incorrectly with the store (Dawn Park). I phoned the store when i noticed the incorrect order and i immediately phoned Debonairs but i received no answer so i assumed that they might have closed since i received my order after 7:30 pm. when i phoned debonairs again their call centre blamed the store and i was put through to the store manager 'Nkola" and he was also blaming the call centre but he said he was going to refer the matter to his senior and phone the following which never happened. I phoned again and the call centre connected me with the store and i spoke to another "manager" Thato and she just did not assist me but said Nkola will phone the next day in the morning. Nkola phoned after 2pm and still had no resolution to my complaint and said he will contact me back and i still await his call.

Nobody wants to take accountability for the error made instead they are blaiming each other and they forget that I'm the customer that has been inconvenienced.
