No Value For Customers!!

Pizza delivered to me was burnt, dry crusty and wasn't really a Triple decker. Everything was thin, sent out an email same day and till date I haven't heard from Debonairs in Dube Soweto. I have been calling customer care and their attitude is horrible, if they aren't putting me on hold they hang up calls. On Twitter their Debonairs page will text you one and the same thing every time you follow up. I will not be buying from people who have no respect for their customers and don't know how to address customer complaints from customer care to store level it is a shame. I am so disgusted
