No support

I ordered from the App on 1/5/20 from Washington post outlet. This was the only outlet available on the App I did not received my order try to contact the branch but no answer as result i went to the outlet to find it's closed. The App was clearly not updated i have sent numerous emails but no success I just need a refund for the ordet
