No solutions

I go home for lunch as I live close to work, the electricity was off so I returned to work to order for delivery. I decided to order on their website and the options was Boulders, Vorna Valley and Kyalami. As Boulders was the first one on the list I picked to order from there. I placed my order and 13min later receive a call just to inform me that they don't deliver this side and I must try Vorna Valley.

I feel that it is unacceptable and bad service to just say I must try another Debonairs instead of giving solutions for the delivery, also why give the options on the website when they will just give a call to say I must use another.
