No show pizza

I placed an order for delivery at 17:45 online at Van reibeeck and I kept seeing the delivery on the app, and I started receiving messages about my delivery being delayed and then it was saying delivered and I called them and they told me my order was coming until I went to the restaurant and no one knew where my order was and I had to wait while the make a new one after 3hrs
