No show delivery

How appalling is the service of Debonair during this lockdown, I ordered my pizza here from Lenasia South Debonairs at 17:04 and its not here even now at 20:00 I’ve literally given up as I received an sms that my pizza would be delivered in 1 hour 30 minutes. I’ve even resorted to cooking because the kids are hungry and disappointed. I even tried calling around 18:50 and my calls were not answered I hope you find a better way to speed up your deliveries, its really a shame because if I could I would’ve driven there and fetched my order myself
