NO SERVICE DELIVERY
ON 06 MAY 2016 AN ORDER WAS PLACED WITH DEBONAIRS AT AROUND 19H00.<br> AT 20H00 THE ORDER HAS NOT YET ARRIVED. A CALL TO THEM ASSURED ME THE DRIVER WAS OUT AND SHOULD BE THERE ANY MOMENT. HALF AN HOUR LATER STILL NO SIGN OF ANY DRIVER. AGAIN THE STORE WAS PHONED AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD FIND OUT WHERE THE DRIVER IS.<br> AFTER A FEW CALLS BACK AND FORTH, RECEIVING A PHONE CALL FROM THE DRIVER SAYING HE IS IN THE STREET (WE STOOD OUTSIDE FOR ABOUT 30 MIN AND NO DRIVER) AND SPEAKING TO THE STORE MANGER MORE THAN ONCE (EVERYTHING ON MY ACCOUNT), I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO DRIVE TO THE STORE AND PICK UP MY OWN PIZZA. I WAS OFFERED A FREE PIZZA, WHICH I ACCEPTED, HOWEVER, I DID NOT ASK FOR IT....I ASKED FOR A CREDIT. IT IS TWO DAYS LATER AND STILL NO CREDIT. THE SERVICE DELIVERY AT THIS STORE IS PATHETIC!!!!
