No service at Debonairs Phoenix Plaza

I recently ordered a pizza using the Debonairs online app. to order from the nearest store which is in Durban Phoenix. I ordered at 11:06am by 12pm the order was not received so i called the store shortly after. at the store the lady who answers acknowledged order has been received and driver will be at my door in 10min... 20min later still no order but To my anger I see on the online app Order delivered . A driver calls me and asks me if i recieved my order and. I said no in much anger. my kids were waiting for the pizza and now it's 1pm. I called the store again and then they say they will make another one. I asked to speak to the manger who conveniently was not available . I requested a call back and the manger has not called me. this service is totally unacceptable... If i used the Mr D app I would have had more success.
