No service
<p>I've placed an order with debonair pizza in Kempton Park on monument road online at 8:25pm.</p> <p>I've recieved a confirmation sms confirming that the order has been recieved... I waited until 21:27 until I phoned the contact number provided which is " ********** 135" which tells me it's out of hours but if I hold I can speak to a manager. I spoke to Sandra who apologised for the inconvenience but assured me that all orders have been sent out and I should recieve it shortly. </p> <p>It is now 9:44 pm and still no delivery... </p> <p>This is ******* now because now it's raining and I have no means of transportation to get anything for myself and the kids. </p> <p>This unacceptable, and not living up to the brand at all... </p>
Also, I refuse to pay for this order. I recieved a call now from ********** 291 telling me that he's just recieved the order. It is now 22:16 from 20:25... The guy I spoke to asked me whether I was told by the branch that they're busy.... Utmost ******* because I spoke to the branch directly on ********** who told me it was with a driver named Vincent had my order, when I spoke to Vincent he told me he only had an order which was not in my area...
This is terrible service delivery from Debonairs....
Staff don't know what's in and what's out, whose who in the zoo...
I will never again even put myself or my kids through this again...
