No service

I ordered a pizza yesterday 29/05/2020 at 15:23 I called 10 minutes later to find out if they received my order and they confirmed, 1 hr later they still haven't delivered, I called their customer service spoke to Ashley and he said I should wait until 20:00 I did that and still nothing , he said he'd lodge a complaint and let the store phone next day which they did, they called me to ask if I still want my order I said yes, I get home it's 19:00 and I still haven't received the order I paid for, all the phones are down I can't talk to anyone there, Debonairs Sam Ntuli is the worst
