No Sense at all

Friday 11th September 2020, I made an an online order, like I normally do. It was 12:20pm when it was approved by the Jabulani mall branch for delivery , which is 1,5km away from me.

18:15pm the delivery guy called to confirm address, as I requested it to be delivered by 19:00. 18:20 he call again to confirm the address and to know that I'm home, I said yes, and he had an idea of where I stay.

18:47 he calls and tells me that unfortunately he can't deliver in my area, he is not allowed to. He asked if I got deliveries before, I said yes, I have proof on my app. He then said speak to the manager as I got angry and didn't understand why, he gave the manager phone, all I heard is she complained, and phone was put down. Thought it cut off, till today she didn't call to explain.

I'm utterly ****ed off and angry, how the hell on earth will I get food fory kids at 7pm as we knew we gonna get pizza from them.???

Funny enough, today 11:30am, FRONT OPPOSITE MY HOUSE, there was a delivery guy, from Debonairs, delivering pizza!!!!! So how the hell is that really??? I have received deliveries from them many times, with no issue, why now? No explanation, and an *********** manager I must say.

If they had called immediately after me placing my order to tell me they can't deliver, fine I would be disappointed, but would have made plan fory kids to eat. Every single day, Debonairs pizza bike passes my house to deliver, I stay on the same street as the mall, I don't freaking understand honestly!!!!!
