No sauce on pizza

I placed an order last night 21 Jauary 2022 an 19:15 for delivery of the current special triple decker (with 1.5 l sprite) and a side of mini cheese grillers. @ R 219.80. I received my food at 20:20. I paid with a debit card. The driver arrived and after some trouble with card machine, he informed me there was another driver that broke down with my order. He also did not issue me a receipt. I have the card machine slip with an invoice number on. The pizza was terribly dry. With no sauce at all. This was a very disappointing experience and as a result of there being no sauce on the pizza I had to stand cooking at 21:00 last night. I contacted the manager the following day to report the issue. She simply couldn't help she said.
