No response, pathetic service

On the 26th of April I called the call centre to order pizza with sides at around 18.45. The order was taken, confirmed twice and I was advised the items will be delivered within 45 minutes. I waited for over two hours, my children even fell asleep while waiting for supper to be delivered. Eventually the food is delivered less the ****tail sausages and wings. When the driver left I realized that debonairs did not keep their promise of delivering before the dot on the box turns black. I took pictures and lodged a complaint for a refund on the 1st of May on *** of which I got no response since the 2nd of May. Over the weekend I went onto Debonair's facebook page to complain, response was that I will be contacted shortly, guess what? I am still waiting. I have called the customer care twice to get feedback and everyone "apologises" and will escalate..... Pathetic service
