No respect for customers

Good day,

Yesterday evening I placed an order at 18:10 for a cram dacker pizza with debonairs in Goodwood (100 Voortrekker Rd) and I was informed that it would take an hour for my delivery to arrive.

One hour and 10 minutes later I called back and asked how far is my order because now its late by 10 minutes and the receiver asked me to hold on and called the driver and I was told that the drive is 6 minutes away, minutes go by and my order hasn't arrived. I called again at 20:00 and i told them to tell the driver to not come anymore, they are an hour late or if they arrives I'll take the order for free (as per most of their adverti*****ts that "if its late, its free").

The driver finally arrived at 20:15 and i told him I will not pay for a late order as I have informed them. I asked the driver why he is late and he said they are busy and he just picked up the order about 15 minutes ago. I called them twice and they could have told me about this. The driver called the store and in their conversation it was concluded to go back with the order. The driver left my door step without even an explanation or an apology.
