No refund for online order
Good day,<br> <br> I ordered pizza online via the Debonairs App. The order went through successfully and payment was completed. However the Lenasia branch called me back and advised that the store was closed and they could not fulfill my order. They mentioned a refund would be completed the next day. This did not happen. I logged a query on the website and received the following case number 175204. This was on the 28/12/2015. Nothing has happened since. I have not received any refund or update around my query. <br> <br> Please assist. <br> <br> Thanks,<br> Rajeev
