No Refund for an undelivered order

I am still waiting for my refund from Debonairs Pizza Oakdene, I ordered a Tikka chicken for R129.90 and used their R50 voucher discount on the order, I paid R79.90 , I never received the pizza. I called the store countless times and they kept saying that they will investigate and call me back, they never did . They later sent me this message

Till today 17 October 2023 , I still haven’t received my money. Customer service is nonexistent
