No Refund

A week ago I ordered a pizza from my dad's favourite place all the way in P.E as he is working there for his birthday as his currently based there. Only to find that not halaal. The store was very unsympathic to my plight and I was diverted to Yumbi who were very friendly. I was promised a refund and 7 days later I'm still waiting. What kind of service is that??? You expext your money immediately yet customer's must make numerous calls and send emails just to get decent feedback.
