No Quality Promise applicable for this shop

<p>I bought 4 PIZZAS on the 25th of August(a week ago). An hour and 10 Mins passed and no sign of delivery guy. I called the shop 5 times, no answer, and 4 mins passed, here comes delivery, clearly cold pizzas, since 3 Pizzas' quality promise dots were already black. I went to the front of the delivery s****** to see and show this guy Leanard that the dots aint red, he ignored me, took the payment, and drove off, not saying anything. In frustration i called the Manager and complained with him, he told me he would appoint someone to assist, but to date he called just to tell me that my version differs with the delivery guy... why would i lie? Or make this up? </p> <p> </p> <p>Clearly the quality promise aint applicable to this particular shop in Grahamstown, even though its the same Debonairs Pizza.</p> <p> </p> <p>There are other Pizza joints here too, i would rather then use them, instead. </p>
