No Pizza No Refund and Bad Service.

I ordered a Pizza from Debonairs Hospital View in Tembisa on the 5th July and paid online, my order was done at 18:10 by 20:00 my pizza still hadn't arrived I tried several times to call the store but their phone wasn't going through. I had to leave and go somewhere. Since the said I have tried in vain to get a refund but with no luck, the store manager will tell me that she will call me back or claim to have called and I didn't answer or say she will send an email to head office for my refund(as online payments can only be refunded by head office) and will cc me I am still to receive the email. it is now the 11th of September no one has called or emailed me. this is ridiculous. R101.85 cant just go down the drain like that.
