no pizza no answer no nothing
<p>Ordered pizza online and paid online at 18:30 got an sms and was told that ot was accepted at the Bedfordview branch. 45 min into my order I phoned the branch to see how far my order is, the lady rudely tells me that they tell everybody they need an hour. So an hour and an half later I tried to phone the branch again this time the line was busy as if they took it of the hook. After 2 hours of my order they finally want to come and deliver so I send the pizza back as I found someone to deliver in half an hour while I was waiting for Debonairs to get here. As I cant afford to wait that long as I have an 8 year old daughter that needs to get food. Can I please get a refund on my money please? And I expect someone to bring my money to my home. Never expected such a bad service from Debonairs</p>
