No-Pizza-Monday
This was only my second time ordering a delivery from Debonairs Menlo Park and what a disappointment. As I am taking time to write this annoying review, it has been exactly 1 hour and 50 minutes since my order has been confirmed. I have been trying to call but just as the time the lack of communication has been disappointing too. Almost 2 hours after I placed my order I get a phone call from Debonairs Menlo Park saying that they did not have internet and their landlines were off so they could not get in touch with me to let me know that they have not placed my order. Firstly, I know you have generators, secondly why was my order not placed before? I live in the same area. The power cut was 20min after my order was confirmed online. If you cannot process an order within 20min of receiving it then management, you're doing something wrong. Now I'll be sitting here stomach rumbling and temper rising - still no pizza. I love my pizza Mondays :(
