No Pizza delivery

On the 25 August 2018 i had visitors over for supper so i made a order at 18:18 at Verulam debonairs. I patiently waited till after 8, a delivery came which was the wrong one i ordered three Pizza and a two litre but this guy came with a tripple decker. On the slip there was an address for the original customer where the pizza was supposed to be delivered. I waited 30 minutes and called to query the lady said my pizza is still on its way and took down my number still my delivery was not made how unprofessional is that. I am very angry and disappointed by such service delivery
