No pizza delivered even though it was promised within 45mins

I would like to say that I am appalled by the shocking service provided by the Athlone Branch, this is now the second time that I have to deal with late deliveries. I placed an order at 19h13 and its now 20h48 and NO PIZZA!!

I have phone the call centre twice and once was cut off and again where I had to waste my airtime being placed on hold. I had requested for someone at the branch to call me and Im still waiting for a call.

No update what so ever as to why there is a delay and here I have guests that are waiting for the delivery.

This is completely unacceptable and I refuse to pay for any pizza as it is beyond passed the time of 45mins that was advised by the agent Pearl who was in a race to complete the call. I do not like complaining but this is now gotten to the point where I have had enough. I want an answer and I want it NOW!
