No pizza delivered

I ordered on the double pizza today and I was also charged a delivery of R15. I placed the order at 15:30 and requested for delivery at 16:15. It's now 17:21 my order hasn't arrived, my account has been debited since I paid online but no pizza. I tried to contact the store but their lines keep on ringing with no answer. Can I please have my money back since I didn't get any service from you guys.
