No paid pizza delivered 2 hours later.
On the 26 Jan 2019, I bought a pizza cash at the till at16:00 and requested for a delivery as the waiting time was 20 minutes. The cashier said ok and left my address. Tried to call the store to follow up and there was no answer. 2 hours later the order was not delivered and had to drive to the store to get my money back. They argued about me not placing the order online however that didn't make sense to me as we pay for delivery separately in our area. Even if the app say delivery is free, I still have to pay the delivery person coz of the area I stay in.
