NO LONGER A DEBONAIRS SUPPORTER

When I reported 3 pizzas out of 4 being raw/soggy (dough was wet) in August( bought in July)and a double debit at end of August, ashram called me to resolve. Double debit was sorted out after much ado, and told him about our bad experience in July and that my husband phoned the branch the same night (will ask Telkom for records if required) and spoke to a man to ask him to tell the owner to check their oven setting but that he didn't want any replacement pizza, he felt nauseous. He threw the pizzas away. Ashram kindly offered replacement pizza on a day when I would want them. called Thursday last week to arrange. Was told that my daughter buys pizza and had made a complaint((even at 16 I feel it's her right as she is a consumer) and she is just a school girl and he will not accommodate me or further assist me. What does my daughters complaint have to do with my valid complaint? Was told that he printed out everything for head office and they support him. Was told that there are different numbers used. So what! either he is saying I'm a **** or we don't have a right to complain? for the amount of pizzas we buy from them 1 complaint from me and 2 from my daughter is not excessive.<br>
