No form of humanity towards customers, very heartless

I was a customer in debonairs pizza Hatfield and I was really pressed for the toilet at around 20:45, the Hatfield plaza was already closed, like pressed to the point that I was few seconds to release and the whole manager and staff refused to help out and refered me other restaurants where I was not a customer to go seek help there. This restaurant does not know such thing as humanity , I couldn't even enjoy the meal because I started hating their brand from that day
