No Food and No Refund (?)

Debonairs Pizza Hatfield Plaza. I had ordered a pizza on their app that never arrived and I had then requested a refund to which I was then informed that the refund would be reflected in 2 weeks. We are going into the third week now and I have yet to receive my money. The customer service is also appalling. They are not helpful at all. It is safe to say I will not be buying from them ever again because of the poor handling of my matter. Keep in mind that I was the one who was constantly phoning them and they would tell me that they would call me back (they never ever did, unless if I had reported to customer care and even social media, to which I did). Just utterly disappointed overall.
