no feedback on delivery

I called Debonairs Dobsonpoint at 16:32 placing a delivery order ,they called back 17:05 confirming the address which is a 15 minute walk from where i reside.I could have made a pick up order but because i was not well i opted for a delivery order.I had to call them 2 hours later at 18:41 enquiring what was happening with my order,i was told that they were trying to call me and my phone was off which i fail to understand as my phone was on all the time and no notification message came through signaling that they were trying to call me.I am very dissapointed by this sort of customer service as it shows their customers are not first priority
