NO feedback from Debonairs regarding late delivery

5 days ago we ordered online and paid by credit card. The order arrived with items for my son's meal missing. We sent the driver back and called the branch only to be told by Buyi that the balance of the order was going to be prepared and the driver will deliver when he was available. This order was completed two hours from time of ordering! Obviously my son was starving at the time, and our food was cold as we had to wait for him. we could not give him a share of our meal as he has a gluten problem. I called through to the call center and spoke to Busi who took down all the details of the complaint. She assured me that I would have a response from the branch by 48 hours. The case number / reference number is 180567. The next day someone called me at work to ask if anyone from the branch called me and I said no. To date nobody has bother calling me, 5 days later and I wonder if this is the level of customer service from Debonairs. If that is the case, please advise me so that I can take my business elsewhere. I would hate to think that the strategy is to ignore me long enough so that I would forget the complaint.
