No delivery on order! Terrible Service! Online order service not used friendly! Highly disappointed!

I placed an online order on 26/ 08/2017 with the Dube branch and it was accepted. I never received my order and I tried calling the store several times but couldn't go through! I am utterly disgusted by the service! I would rather but at Romans Pizza plus they are way cheaper. The online app couldn't take my address, it kept on giving me a message that says address not found until it populated a similar address to mine
