No delivery of pizza

I ordered pizza online on friday around14:30 i requested that they deliver at 19:00 but the pizza never arrived,worse my daughter was hosting a sleepover for her friends u can imagine how disappointed the kids were,i looked like a lyung mother to them,mind you this is the second time this happens to me,i dont think i will ever use their pathetic service again
