No delivery of pizza

I ordered a pizza from the Deboanirs pizza app at 14h00 and was expecting it by atleast 14h40 and up until now I have still not received it.

I paid on the app using my bank card and called the call centre trying to find out what the delay is and when they check, they confirm that the pizza should have arrived at 14h45 and then the helpdesk called the store to find out what the delay is and the store called me to verify my address which I did.

It's now 15h51 and still no pizza and when I ask to cancel and get a refund they say it will take 5 working days to process.

All in all I have lost my money, wasted my time as I knock off at 15h30 as well as have not eaten since breakfast.

Really disgusted by this service or lack there of.
