No delivery of my order
On Friday the 24 November 2017 at 7.00pm I called Debonairs Pizza and placed an order for delivery. I never did receive my order or a call from Debonairs to say they will not be delivering. On Saturday 25 November 2017 at 9.45am a lady from Debonairs called to check if I received my order, to which i rep**** NO she asked if she should have it delivered at that time. I told her I will not be paying for an order which is over 14 hours late. I asked why my order was never delivered to which she rep**** " O We are extremely busy". Debonairs was so busy that they could not deliver my order or even call me to notify me that they will not be delivering. My son loves Debonairs and we order very often but we normally collect because they normally deliver too late but this time they never showed up at all and the child refuse to eat anything else so ended up going to bed with no food. Terrible Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
