no delivery no excuse no response couldnt care less

<p>i placed my order with the delivery service and was todl delivery time would be around 1 hour which I was ok with, i then waited to 1 hour 30 min and then called back to check on delivery to be told that my order had been taken from the store for delivery to which i accepted and continued to wait. i then waited another 34 minutes before calling back and was told the stores assistant could not get hold of the driver. she then said she will call him again and call me back not informing me that the store was closing in the next few minutes. i proceeded to wait another 10 minutes then called back to find that the stores lines had closed as it was now after closing time. no delivery no call back no service no supper!!!! this is not service. not to mention i used up all of my airtime trying to get my order but this people do not take that into account when they dont deliver on a promise to a customer. i regularly used the service but i can gaurentee this was the last time!!! EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!!!</p>
